Anatot Winery
After years of producing wines for friends and family, Arnon & Aharon, the founders and winemakers of Anatot winery, to increase the production. The winery is located near Jerusalem and uses grapes from Judean Hills vineyards. All wines are aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.

The Wines
Merlot
100% Merlot grapes that were manually harvested from Lachish vineyards. Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels. Elegant and full bodied wine.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Classic Cabernet Sauvignon produced from fine grapes harvested in Judea hills vineyards. Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, this wine enjoys long finish.
Notera
Blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon with 40% Merlot. Each variety was aged separately for 12 months, blended and aged together for additional 12 months.
Amram Winery
On the slopes of an ancient castle Amram wines are born. This family owned boutique winery is producing fruity wines from self owned vineyards. Amram winery is located on Ramim hills at the northen part of Israel - the combination of height, soil & temperature lead to fantastic grapes. The wine-making process includes short barrel ageing to produce fruity wines that enhance the grapes.

Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, this robi red Cabernet Sauvignon characterized with aromas & flavors of chocolate and coffee, Mature and full bodied wines from common Israeli red grapes harvested from Jehuda vineyards.

The Wines
Eitan Merlot
Noble and elegant Merlot, aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. Rich with sour fruits flavors, full bodied with intense color and long finish.
Eitan Cabernet Sauvignon
The complex Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. Characterized with fresh falvors of berry and sweet fruits with a hint of pepper.
Nave
Thia very enjoyable wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) and Merlot (30%) that were harvested from the winery's vineyard at the Golan Heights.
Black Waterfall - Dessert Wine
Port style wine made of late harvested Merlot grapes that were aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Sweet and gentle.
Plums Ale
Ripe and sweet plums from the Golan Heights and fermented without adding extra sugar. Honey color with fresh and refreshing flavors and aromas.
The only kosher and organic winery in Israel. Produces red wines from self owned vineyards.

Mond is one of the first wineries in Israel that planted vineyards in the Sharon region. The winery will launch additional red and white wines produced from those vineyards.
